Helped me fix my jeep door that was loosely swinging around with the wind. Well-made and installation took only about 25-30 minutes purely because working inside the door is a cramped.

The limiter assembly on my 2000 Jeep had broken, and a new genuine part was stupidly expensive. This fit right and works just fine. I don't know about longevity, but so far, I'm happy.

I was worried these would be junk just because of how cheap they are compared to even the Dorman ones, but they fit fine and so far they are just as good. I will probably know if they last by 6 months from now as I daily drive my Comanche. Will update review after that when I remember to.

Do yourself a favor and do not disregard the horrible reviews this product has gotten in the past like I did. I wish I could give it negative stars. I installed the door check and about a week later I opened my door. It would not shut. I applied a little pressure. I heard an explosion of metal parts, and now I have a mess of scrap metal inside my door. This product should not even be available for purchase. It is complete garbage.

Our Jeep door checks were popping and hard to close, and these replacements are very well made. They come already greased, which is convenient. Perfect fit and doors close smoothly like new.

Works well and didn't have any issues with installation. Didn't give 5 stars because I don't know how long it will last and only time will tell. I would buy again if my other doors needed it.
