Works perfectly. Solder to connector directly with extra wire. Fill in around the wires with rtv.The picture is of my 6 month old switch from Honda. Corroded from water.Seal up your new one.

My car shifts at a higher RPM in each gear now.I also seem to have power loss as I slow down right before I stop, where suddenly power disappears completely. It's as if I'm braking hard, but I'm not. So I'd say the quality is not great.

This small part, that seemed very insignificant was most certainly not. It completely rectified the issue with my daughters 2006 Honda Accord and get this…. It paled in comparison to Advanced Auto/Auto Zones price. They wanted over sixty dollars for this exact part and I paid about 15 dollars on Amazon… amazing

I replaced this valve on my 2004 Honda Element EX. The Vtec Solenoid installed on my car it's an aftermarket one. So far nor problems with the VTEC. This is the second time I had to replace the valve. The previous one last for about 2 years. I hope this one last the same or more years than the previous one.
