Highly recommend this product when searching for an oem alternative. 1994 artic cat zr700 had mikuni vm-40 carbs that are no longer manufactured. But the nibbi pwk40mm carbs work great!

Wish I could refund but it’s on the bike and I don’t have another carb at the moment. I have this on my 2002 vt750. #34/#150 3 shim. Runs amazing, except for the part that the throttle gets stuck wide open. The spring is too weak, the slide doesn’t close, pretty sure the needle jet gets stuck open since it has allot of play and the amount of vacuum the engine creates. All I can say is. Don’t put this on a motorcycle. It has issues. Even with a stronger spring, it’ll still get stuck. It’s not the cable either. I custom made mine with plenty of slack. Gonna try a 36mm and see if that’s any better. Got a little wiggle room.

I installed this 26mm Nibbi PWK on a 2020 KTM / Husqvarna 85. This replaced The stock 28 mm Kiehin carburetor. The carburetor dropped right in and had nearly identical dimensions to the stock carburetor. I installed a smaller one to improve low-end power and response and to take away some of the top and hit for my daughter and wife that ride this bike. The smaller carb also made it less finicky with altitude changes. The carb is easy to adjust and jet and I would highly recommend this carburetor, especially for the price!

Installed factor jets and it ran great on our 06 kx85. You must jet correctly. The supplied jets are two small.
