While it’s super easy to use and super cheap I heard constant feedback and buzzing from this mic. Sound quality was also poor. I’d really recommend saving your money here and just getting something a little nicer. I eventually went with a rode wireless and it sounds sooooo much better

Sounds good for misc video work. I'm using it with an ATEM Mini Pro ISO or a Sony A6400. On board amplifier doesn't exhibit any perceptible noise and provides a lot of signal. Cord length is good where corded application is required. I was a little concerned because the Amazon product photo shows a short cord between the amp and mic. It really measures 45 inches. Comes with a belt clip on the amp, carrying bag, extra LR44 battery, windscreen and nice long cord.. For the price, this was a good purchase. Would purchase again.

Definitely much better sound. Less noise and stronger signal. Extra long cord is helpful if planning shots far away from camera (although I don't see me doing that any time soon). The bearcat is nice for recording outside on a windy day. Included is a backup battery. Also, I very much like the bag included -- a great and easy way to store the microphone. Only problem is that my product was missing a tie/collar/lapel clip and the foam windscreen. But I expect they will replace that as soon as I alert them to it.

This Levalier mic it's exactly what I was looking for, starting because the wireless one I had was always taking interference and would spoil a whole shoot every time that happened. Now this wired microphone does not take any interference from electromagnetic sources and the sound its always perfect. I do YouTube videos and its important to have good quality audio. Check out the difference at the X-Plan-Nation YouTube channel the older videos always had different level audios from cut to cut and the interference made us do a bunch of cuts, the new videos sound much more professional. The price for the buck was also amazing! It's a perfect buy!

I did not work with my Tascam recorder. I am unsure of the quality since I've not been able to use it, which is unfortunate. By the time I got a chance to use it, it was too late to return it so now I am left with a really long mic that doesn't work with the only device I need it to work with.

Simple, easy to use and excellent sound quality. Bought so that I could record my voice in a room that echoes instead of using an expensive shotgun mic. This is perfect as I stand around 2m away from the camera and the mic cable is easily long enough.I can record to DSLR, Sony mirrorless camera, iPhone or directly to laptop.Excellent sound and excellent value.Would buy again.

Overall im very impressed with this little guy. The ease of use as well as the quality is great for a $20 mic.I only have one con about it and its that i wish it had something to help keep the long ass cord managed. I love the fact its very long. But when youre close to the camera or trying to work with something it kinda gets in the way since you just have to fold or jam into your pocket, or youll end up tripping over it.But like i said only one con and multiple pros, i cant complain and would definitely reccomend for the typical home video/youtuber!

I hooked the microphone up to my Cannon 7D, turned on the microphone with the already included battery and started recording. I was impressed with the sound. Much better than it would be with just using the Camera's onboard mic to record from a distance. Of course, it doesn't have the dynamic range of a $200 mic, but I was impressed with how simple it was, and how well it worked. The 7D manual says that the mic does not need to be powered, but I was only able to get sound by turning on the onboard battery on the mic itself, so I'm very happy that I got a mic with the added power.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto a luglio per usarlo sul mio OSMO Pocket (purtoppo tramite adattatore DJI ma non ci si puo' fare nulla visto che DJI ha inserito un chip dentro lo spinotto che da solo costa ben39 euro!), e sono rimasto molto sorpreso come un prodotto di buona finitura fornisca risultati superiori o simili al tanto blasonato RHODE che ho usato per diverso tempo, ma lasciava sempre una sorta di rimbombo durante le riprese, anche al chiuso. Invece, con il Nicama LVM1 sono riuscito ad effettuare riprese in condizioni difficili, come per esempio musei, dove in post-produzione posso dire di non avere quasi mai modificato i livelli originali delle riprese. E' vero che il lavalier lo avevo quasi in bocca mentre il RHODE stava montato sulla sua staffa basculante, ma i risultati, per un semplice neofita come me, sono stati davvero fantastici!Non mi resta quindi che consigliare a tutti questo fantastico prodotto, uno dei pochi con un rapporto prezzo/prestazioni davvero unico al di sotto di 20 euro.Consigliatissimo!!!+

I used this product for a single 2 hour period and it suddenly didn't work. I've trouble shooted, changed the batteries, tried multiple devices, etc. Unfortunately, I'm just beyond the return window so I've thrown $23 out the door for what appears to be a defective device. It's very disappointing. I had high hopes for this one but I guess you get what you pay for--time to invest in a spendier model.
