This is great for one or 2 people. It uses less water and spins the clothes nearly dry. I have had this for several months to near a year now. I use it every week and it does a great job. Be aware that pods are not recommended to use in this. My recommendation only. Since you can only use cold water, the plastic can build up in the drain and smells horrible. Using liquid detergent only is sufficient and less expensive since you don’t need much.

Before buying this I read some reviews. I bought the 20lb load washer with glass lid. Some reviews were good some were bad. I tried to focus on the good ones hoping my washer would arrive in good condition. Soon as I took it out of the box I gave it a good inspection. Found it broken right out of the box, as some other reviews stated it's made of cheap materials. The part that was broken in believe holds the drain pump thats attached to the drain hose. Attached are the pictures. Really disappointed. I will be contacting seller and Amazon customer service, what's a piece of junk. Save your self the hassle and go with a better brand. The reason I went with this one and took a chance on it is because of the dimensions of the machine that can actually fit through my bathroom door and the fact that it's a good load size 20 lb 2.8 sq feet. Too bad it arrived broken. Two thumbs down 👎👎 cheap plastics

For the past 3 months or so the machine does not work. It gives an E1 error & beeps. Doesn’t drain & was a waste of money. I haven’t even had the machine for a year.

Washer holds more than I expected it to and gets clothes as clean if not cleaner than a full size washer. I read how many portable washers have issues draining but this one has a very strong pump and has no problem emptying into my sink.

It's definitely useful for decent sized loads. Does a good wash job and ok air spin dry job. My only issue is the draining process. The pressure it drains at was so strong, I ended up flooding my bathroom floor from the hose jumping out of my tub. Had to duct tape it down for it to drain without supervision. The instructions did not include how to properly do sink hookup. What they don't tell you is that you have to turn the faucet on and off for every water fill or else it will build up pressure and well... you know. If it had a way of reserving the water so I didn't have to watch it, I could get around to other household chores. If you don't have access to one, then be ready to either set timers for every drain and refill. I would not recommend this for any dorm room though. Make sure to by a line to hang your clothes outside during the hot day to finish drying them. If you get an error (E3) it's because the top door is open, or your sensor thinks it's open.

It's perfect for my needs. I really like all the different programs that can be set for your different laundry needs. It's very versatile. It operates differently than other washers I've used, as in it doesn't use an agitator. It's impeller based movement of the clothes is gentler, and from what I've read, saves water. Seems less dangerous. It's a very 'smart' machine. It seems to know how to balance everything. After the washer fills and begins a wash cycle, it'll run for a while, decide the load needs more water, and it adds it to it.I like how dry the clothes come out, and the ability to put it on extended spin/air dry cycles independently of the wash. I don't have a dryer, nor do I really want something that's going to take up more space and use up a lot of electricity, to do something that can be done for free if you just plan accordingly. It's a really light machine, and easy to move around. I read another review where someone said they put it on a furniture dolly, and I'll probably end up doing that as well. The only gripe I have so far, is the black part on top, where the user interface is located, easily scuffs or scratches with just my hands rubbing across it. That's a cosmetic concern, and not enough for me to take off a whole star, maybe half a star but that's not an option.

My partner and I were sick of using the old laundromat attached to our apartment. The investment to purchase this washer was worth it. It has a large enough capacity for all our needs, and the hookup to our kitchen sink is easy enough to use and doesn’t leak as long as you use teflon tape to secure the attachment to the faucet. The money (in quarters!) it saved us is tremendous. It washes better than other washers ever tried. It is gentle but effective.Thank you for the satisfying experience of being able to wash our own clothes in our home without an official washer/dryer hookup. This is better than expected!
