These work great to lift. However you must place them in a very snug fitting bra or they will tend to slip down. Possibly pinning or sewing them in would work better. I was pleased with this purchase.

The quality of these inserts is very nice. Well made and good value. However the size was way off. The description should include actual dimensions. I ordered a. D but the insert was so small it must have been a D for a size 32 size bra band. Had to return them and could not reorder because a larger size is not available.
