This is such a sleek coffee maker! The water reservoir is so easy to get in and out. Very easy to understand the functions. Absolutely love it. Best coffee maker I've purchased.

The flexibility to use both medium grind coffee and pods is appreciated. I now use a local roasted medium ground coffee in the brew basket and coffee tastes wonderful. I first used fine ground by mistake and Ninja Support was helpful. Read the manual careful.

By far the best single coffee maker I have bought! I love that it has a basket option. I can make coffee as strong as i like! The pods are never strong enough.Love the sleek design. I own 2. I at home and 1 at work. My first one I have had almost 2 years no issues. Love Ninja!

Amazing coffee maker, much better than expected, better than my previous Keurig. Brews very quickly and hotter than my previous K. Would recommend to friends and family.

I am absolutely thrilled with this coffee maker! I love a strong cup of coffee and with the metal basket and the rich setting, I can adjust the flavour to my taste. The slim design, large water reservoir, the on-board storage for the accessories, and the ease of use make this a perfect 5 star purchase.

I ordered a ninja coffee pot for my husband and he loves it. He said it makes the best coffee and I have apple cider and love it. Great purchase.

I purchased this in 2023. Was have problems with it so I returned it and purchased another one. It work well and made good coffee but it didn't last. I received a replacement one from ninja and it was working fine untill it didn't. Same problem it won't suck in the water. I don't recommend this product.
