Best headlamp I’ve ever owned. Usb-c charging with internal battery is a huge plus. Long life battery! Very bright!

Great lumen output, does get very hot on forehead. Find a way to reduce heat some and it’s a 5Battery wasn’t super secure at times, but that’s okay and easily fixable with tightening.You can’t beat its lumen output at this price point. It’s my 5th Nitecore headlamp. Top value in my opinion.

My main function I was looking for in a headlamp was being able to turn it to red from off to not be that guy that turns on their headlamp and blinds everyone else. If you’re that person, stop. Atleast point it somewhere else or keep it off while talking to people.Anyway, it has a nice range of brightness, several modes that take some getting used to as it is a bit more robust in options than a typical headlamp, and a very easy to adjust head strap with a lighter weight strap option you can swap it out with if that’s your thing.

Arguably the best headlamp I've owned. Extremely high quality, especially for the price point. I've spent way more on headlamps of lesser quality. I knew this was a good one, when they shared the technical data sheet, as most headlamp cos don't. I'd say the best application would be mechanic use, construction, home projects etc. Although great for camping and hiking, it's definitely on the heavy side. That said, it's surprisingly comfortable, so the weight doesn't cause fatigue; however, those concerned with minimizing weight for long distance hikes may pay special attention to the weight. In my opinion, I'd sacrifice the extra weight for this amazing headlamp. I won't be buying another headlamp from anyone else. Extremely satisfied and impressed with this.

This LED/Rechargeable headlamp is well-designed, sturdy, easy to recharge and extremely bright. The headband is comfortable and adjusts easily. The multiple settings on the light are easy to use and useful. As I said before, this light is extremely bright on the highest setting. The red LED lights are nice for being able to see and maintain your night vision. The flood light setting has two levels and works very well for neighborhood walks with my dog. The 6-LED lights are bright, with 5 levels of brightness and reach a great distance on the highest setting. The unit is a little heavy for a head lamp, but if you’re not wearing it for long periods of time you will not mind the weight. It’s great for working on equipment and keeping your hands free.

This light suprised me, its not big and bulky. Its impressive light weight. Fits hard hat perfectly. The ratching to move it up and down works really nice. Brightness is as advertized. Im liking ease to go full turbo mode with one click or back to normal. Battery seems last long as nitecore make good batteries!* I really most impressed how this seems to have a long throw spot at same time giving you flood lighting also. Nice design!

Never had a headlamp that was metal. Thing rocks. Easy controls so if you’re in sensitive red light only conditions, you don’t accidentally turn on white light. Use on a research vessel for deploying overboard equipment, have had no issues with being absolutely soaked by waves (freshwater), rain or even taken hard hits from being dropped on the ground. Have it mounted to a hard hat, super slick that the light can be removed from the base so you can remove to charge. Previously was a die hard Petzl fan from the military but, for now on going Nitecore.

Product is bit on the pricey side. But has a good light. This can brighten up a large space like its the daytime. Bought one for my farther. Used it few times now. Best you can buy
