  • Compatible with Heat Pump systems (with aux or emergency heat) and Heat Pump (without aux) systems. Compatible with most 24V conventional single-stage systems (i.e. conventional force air, central gas, oil, or electric furnaces single-stage systems ) up to 2 heat 1 cool.
  • Not compatible with 110-240V electric heat systems (like electric baseboard heat, line voltage, convectors, radiant-ceiling heat). --- Does not work with conventional multistage systems, mini split systems and 12v rv thermostats.
  • Dual powered by 24VAC Power or 2 AAA Batteries. No common wire (c-wire) required on most systems (only required on heat only and cool only systems).
  • Easy-to see and read: display with blue backlight, large clear backlit digital display, very suitable for middle-aged and elderly people.
  • Technical support: Separate heat or cool swing set up (0.2°F to 2°F) and 5 minute compressor delay protection (Selectable ON or OFF). Digital thermostat has a built-in battery change and filter change reminders (Set 50-2000 hours).

I use these in all my rentals. Tenants tend to think they are computer programmers with a programmable thermostat and tend to screw them up to the point I had to have an HVAC technician straighten them out . Now if they want cool, switch to cool. If they want heat switch to heat.

Works well easy to install very easy to see seem to work with an old HVAC system! Looked great I just updated my whole house to smart device tho so I did take it down no fault of its own it was easy to read! Seemed to be good quality.

I dropped my old thermostat and the screen broke. This mounted in the same space with the same hole pattern. Pleasant surprise #1. Programming it was easy and it had nice features. It is not and cannot link to a network. I wasn't looking for that and didn't need to pay for that level of functionality. The backlight is good and the numbers/letters are large and easy to read. Reasonably priced. I would recommend this unit without hesitating.

Hooked up wires as suggested in the instructions. Heating while in cooling mode and cooling while in heating mode. Rewired the reversing valve operation. Works correctly now. Still cannot get the emergency heat to come on.Would be nice to have an 800 number to call for assistance while installing the t stat.Overall, looks nice.Screen could be larger

This thermostat is compatible with so many systems (1H1C, 2H1C, 2H2C, etc....) with configurable details. The instructions are clear. Good quality, sturdy, overall a great value for the price.

Easy to install. It just need to include batteries for easy installation and better anchors for drywall. The ones that come with are not the best.
