Kindly note:
- The hour and minute hands had a protective plastic coating that needs to be carefully removed.
- Be careful not to bend the hands with too much pressure.
- Do not tighten the brass hex nut too tight
- Press hard to get all clock hands in place
- Check if all hands are aligned
- Check the size before buying.

This clock movement was a big disappointment. Aside from being VERY loud when operational, it kept poor time. At first, I thought it was a battery issue, so a new battery was installed. No improvement in timekeeping with a fresh battery. Finally, within about a month, it stopped working altogether. I suspect mine had a oob quality issue. Consider a different selection.

This came with so many extra hands and hardware. Installation was so easy. I had to replace an old Quartz movement in which the pendulum mechanism had failed. This unit is very accurate and easy to install. The second had on my unit is a bit jittery, but it still keeps great time. I can live with second hand for the price.

Took me about 20 minutes to install. I had to trim the hour and minute hand about 1/4 inch. Happy with the outcome. Keeps perfect time. Make no noise at all. Silent, just as it states on the site description.

Got an adorable clock as a gift that looks like it was made for my bedroom, but the ticking just wouldn't work for me. This product saved the whole thing. It was easy to switch out, and best of all, it is absolutely soundless. I thought there might be a little motor noise, but I can't hear a thing even with my ear right next to it - pendulum and all. This product saved the d...night.

Bought this to create my own clock. Easy to install and easy to manipulate how you want it. The different options were very helpful when I was crafting and they are easy to cut shorter if you need to, which is what I ended up doing. Definitely does not make a ticking noise, which would have been awful. The pendulum is great too- no complaints.
