Perfect fit . However, be forewarned that Dometic and Norcold grills are NOT perfectly interchangeable. They are very close but the tabs or slightly different in spacing. So double-check which one you need or, like me, you wind up buying one of each. Stupid rookie mistake. Once you have the right one it is like it came from the factory on your RV
