She is darling and what a cute face. Her dress is a true Christmas red and I can't wait to set her out at Christmas. I learned years ago the Chinese always makes a product with just a little error in it due to the fact we humans are not perfect and so her glasses are a little skewed. I do not care She is perfect. I have no idea why people have negative statements about her. She is really well made with her black boots and long dress. If you like her do not worry about purchasing her she is truly lovely and I really am a fussy shopper. She is definitely worth the money and as beautiful as the more expensive ones on Amazon. She is 12 inches tall and her hat makes her look a little taller. If you like her she is well worth purchasing. I happen to be delighted with her and happy I purchased her to go with my Santa. Can't wail to put her on my coffee table for Christmas with Santa and his reindeer. If you like her I suggest you buy her and again her face is darling.

The item I received was not as pictured. There were no glassses on Mrs. Claus and her outfit did not have the black belt or fur on sleeve. The doll itself is made of a cheap black plastic with flesh tone head and hands. I was disappointed to say the least.
