They are not strong enough to cut through a tough crust and will break easily.

This was a good choice for my new pie pan that cautioned using a sharp knife to cut slices. I guess the only thing I would change about this slicer/server is that it was serrated on both sides. I am left handed but then it’s a right handed world. 🙂 🤚🏼
