Used it on a Stripped lug nut and it worked perfectly, no complaints. Definitely worth having around, for a stripped bolt or nut.

The mounting nuts on my front strut were completely round, and rusty. I was pretty much out of options, and ordered this kit. They got the mounting nuts off first try. It was completely worth it.

Did the job...mostly. I hammered the heck out of this on one tough nut. The photo shows the back where I hammered. In all I had about 6 roughed nuts. Only one would not come off. I had to cut/chisel the chrome butter area to get to the hardened steel, because this was just not removing it. As much as I. Blamed the remover, it was the nut. It was so badly sees that, after getting to the hardened nut, I snapped it off. One trick I learned...after using the 22mm remover and it didn't remove it...I went down to a 21mm that gave a better grip. All in all it did as required.

Don't try this with a powerful impact driver on a bolt head that's been rounded off. It would just ruin the teeth on the extractor and round the bolt head even more.A better luck can be had on mild steel bolts, or bolts heads that are more or less intact (but then you'd rather just use a regular impact socket on those).All in all, limited usability.

So My little bro just bought a decent 98 F1 Camaro and the previous owner left 6 spine specialty nuts on all 4 wheels 1 per tire. and didnt provide us with one to take wheels off plus ,its a Bi. .iI. Ttt. Cc. H. to find if you dont know what your looking for. "This set Helped" I Got My Handy Dandy Hammer!!! you need a hammer to hammer on socket to desired nut or bolt and a 1/2 inch ratchet or breaker bar and i promise u will not be disappointed. it took those bastards off and now i can put brakes on car. ... this tool a must have
