I love this product but I wish it was easier to clean!!! After use is when you really want to clean it but its too hot!!! When you let it cool down its hard to get all of the stickiness off!! I wish it was easier to clean but it is easier to use!!!

It's a cute machine and the first 2 cones I made turned out great. After the 3rd cone there was a build up of candy a ring around the bowl, which turns into this hard candy which goes everywhere you have to clean the entire machine just to do it all again it took me over 8 hrs to make 18 small bags. Not happy at all.

We bought this for our kids birthday parties and it was a huge hit! We tried it with flossing sugar and with Jolly Rancher candies and had great results with both. The portion size is great for kids because it’s not too much and gives them the opportunity to try different flavours.The only negative would be the protective ‘bowl’ needed to be cleaned after about 5 consecutive batches. It was simple but just the extra step is time consuming.

Overall this works. If you want a counter top cotton candy maker, this is a great choice. The amount of sugar you put in at a time is reasonable but the amount of candy made isn't Carnival sized but you can always make 2 if you want more

I bought this for my daughters birthday party and when we tried to use it the cotton candy didn't go to the outside cover area it instead caught on the area around the candy pan. This caused a fire. After looking at it closer the candy pan is crooked and not flat and my husband thinks possible our pan was to low? I'm not sure but I've contacted nostalgia about it.For clarity. I only used one scoop of candy and made sure to only get it in the candy pan. There are warnings that sugar can catch fire. But the machine itself shouldn't be able to throw the candy in the danger zone. That should only happen from user error. My husband and I both read the instructions and made sure to follow them and I can't figure out where we made a mistake however that is possible. I just don't know.

I bought it because I saw it on tiktok (yes, I know why tiktok). I couldn't help it I knew I really wanted one. So I took a chance and I impulsively bought it. It's sooo easy to use! I let it heat up for 20 mins because some lady reviewed one and said she let it heat up for 30 mins. I was too impatient to wait the full 30 so 20 it was. We bought jolly ranchers for it and it worked like a dream! My husband, son, and I loved it. My son and I have been using it for 3 days straight. I'll probably cut off the streak tomorrow and not use it for a week or so to see how well it works without a few days of use and update my review if anything changes. All in all it was a great purchase. Now to buy some Cotton Candy Sugar and review how well it does with that too! So far tho I'm beyond ecstatic about having bought it. Fyi the candy that goes on the edge of the Cotton candy machine can make more Cotton candy but make sure you let it fully cool down first or you'll end up with a bit of a mess (I have to be more patient haha)

We love that we're able to use hard Jolly Rancher candies. However, use the sticks (break into pieces that fit). The cubes take longer to melt. Keep a cup of clean water and paper towels near by to clean as candy gets it sticky. Excellent product!

Pretty easy to use. Only have tried hard candy so far as the taste is incredible. Way better than regular cotton candy. I recommend using jolly ranchers as there's so many flavor choices. Not quite as fluffy as regular cotton candy. Its more like cotton leather especially if not eaten right away. I'm sure its just because of the candy used. Works great and with a little practice you will see lots of smiles.

Lets keep in mind, this is not an industrial grade cotton candy machine that would be used at a carnival or something, but guess what, it makes great cotton candy. It takes a little patience but it definitely works as advertised. The scoop is perfect for a small serving and the plastic cones are resuable. Note, this does not come with sugar, so order that too. So far we have made at least 25 servings since Christmas morning. It will be getting cleaned soon, it looks easy to clean. Take off the shroud and clean it up. I am glad we made this purchase. It was for my 12 year old daughter and she is able to operate it, no problem.
