These don't stay toogether. They come apart just walking over them. They are not very thick about 1/8 inch. We order a backing and glued them to it so that they could be useable.

As the posting says, the colors vary even for the black squares. We were mostly disappointed that the pictures show edge pieces but did not get any, returned and ordered another, and didn't receive any in the second order either.

We put the mats in our basement and it’s perfect. Just wanted to add a little padding to concrete floors. Easy to put together and wipe off. I do wish they were thicker, but other than that it’s great!
