I'm excited to mess around with this kit. The materials seem low quality but this is a good kit for someone who has never done a latch hook rug before. I did them in high school but it's been many years.. Comes with precut yard, a rug hook, instructions and canvas with the design printed on it. The printing is easy to see. The backing has rubber stickies to keep the rug from slipping.

I got this kit for my latch hook obsessed mother. The first things she looks at with every kit is the corners and how well the backing is attached if there is one. The corners on the kit that I received are well sewn and the backing is attached nicely. Nothing feels loose like it will come apart while working on the rug.The design is printed on the canvas, which is not my mom's favorite (she prefers grids and counting the stitches without the colorful background) but it is well printed and easy to tell the colors apart.The yarns are all uniform in size and the printed pattern grid is easy to read. This is a nice kit.
