I use these daily.The toaster oven style air fryer I have came with one rack and one basket. It didn’t do most of what I needed (which was to cook more than one thing at a time). It was sitting and taking up space.Then I bought this set. Hardly a day goes by I don’t use at least one piece of this set. I’ve had it for months. The silpat sheets are barely even stained. I bake cookies, heat frozen fries and chicken, have even made bread and roasted meat.This set completely changed how we use our air fryer and all for better and more use.(Oh and the silpat sheets can be used in the regular oven too. The grates will allow a frozen pizza to crisp up on the bottom without sticking to oven racks.)

I cook everything in my oven, it makes the best bagels crispy on outside soft on inside, worth the money would buy for a gift. Happy cooking so far.

But the roasting tray is TOO big. Yes, it will fit if you shove it in but taking it out is a nightmare. If the oven is still hot just assume you will burn yourself trying to pry that thing out. The rest of the kit is very nice but this is a BIG screw-up on their part.

I found that will have to take out the rack that you use for smaller dishes and or pans in order to use the metal pan that comes with the set. I'm not sure if I will like having it so close to the heating elements. Haven't used the baking mats yet.
