This book is ideal for the 'advancing' trombone player. Focus is on technique, scale patterns, etc. I consider this an 'in the trenches' method book. When you accomplish the skills presented, you will be a much better player with a clearer understanding of this device we call trombone.

Great musicians are not born, they are made. This book has many great options for practicing playing. If it takes 20,000 hours to become "the best" this is one book that will help you continue on the journey. As the #1 chair in the state for my age, I buy any book my private tutor - a tremendous professional, recommends.

This is a great book for serious players. It had plenty of pieces that will help with warm ups and solos.
