My husband has bone cancer and often has pain in his legs or arms. He was having trouble getting on and off the toilet. We originally ordered a raised seat but it didnโt seem to fit well and was a little rocky. We ordered this commode seat and it works so much better. The arms are very helpful and you can raise both the legs and arms to several different levels. Lightweight but sturdy. Easy to clean. Itโs been a great help in aiding his independence.

Easy assembly, no tools needed. I had to get this as I recover from an injury. It works as it should, it's plenty sturdy, but the only comment I have is that DC openings are always smaller on these things than a normal commode. Why?! This is nowhere near as bad as many of them, but it's still annoying. The open front on this one saves it.

Exactly as described by manufacturer. Easy to assemble, easily adjustable to fit the toilet and the individual. Works like a charm. My wife broke our old toilet seats by needing to slide off and on before getting this unit. Bought 2, one for a standard toilet 14" and one for a 16" and both work just as easy. She can sit and stand with confidence and straight up and down motion. Easily removed and replaced for individuals to use the toilet in a normal fashion. Great value for the cost.

Two months ago i had knee replacement surgery. I toughed it out during the recovery and made do without a raised toilet. Two weeks ago i had to have emergency spinal fusion surgery. This time there is no toughing it out. In fact I counted the days until this product arrived, as did my husband. Simply put, it means I now have independence in the bathroom, and he does not need to be part of that experience. We have a multilevel house. The product is easy to pick up and move, and we have been doing that for overnights. But i have decided to order a second one to convenience. It was very easy to assemble and when we donโt need it any longer it can be disassembled and stored in the tidy box in which it arrived.

Ordered to use after a recent hip replacement. Easy to follow instructions for easy assembly. Comfortable padded seat; adjustable for the best height for me. Nice padded handles to allow secure safe use.

I am so thankful I decided to get this raised toilet seat, I can't imagine having been able to get through the first few months of recovery without it. It was easy to assemble, and it's comfortable and strong. I'm 250 pounds, btw.Wonderful product!!

Great item, this item is so helpful for my mother, it's adjustable and easy for her to get herself up off the toilet without assistance the cushion is very think and top quality. I highly recommend this item. Great quality Great price!!!

Pros - lower price, shipped fast, cushy padding, light weight. Cons - smaller and less sturdy than other units, although legs were too long/too tall for me due to few hole adjustments, does not fold for travel or storage (you would have to take completely apart again).I thought I might have to return this seat unit because the legs would not adjust low enough, but I was able to make it work for me by swapping the legs that came with it for the legs from my old riser which have more hole adjustments. I am 5'5"/155 lbs and except for the odd thing with the extra long legs, this riser is just big enough. It would be inadequate if I were a larger person.
