These rain collars are easy to install and are a much lower cost than having a roofing company replace the entire seal fitting.

Amazing product. I had a leaky vent pipe. This fixed it in less time than it took to get the ladder out to get onto the roof. Bought one for both of my vents pipes (2” and 2.5” OD). Will buy for all vent pipes on future houses to prevent leaks.

Had to open them up to fit 2.5” vent pipes otherwise easy to install. Removing old weathered brittle flashing was the worst part. New flashings went on east and seal tight.

Oops, failed to actually measure the pipe vent. Got the wrong size. Product is thick and sturdy, I hope the bigger one I ordered is the same.

We were getting water in the house from around an existing boot (which had cracked). These went on easy enough, though I recommend you watch one or two of the YT videos on how to get this accomplished first. Very easy to use, you do not need to remove the old boot, this slides over the existing boots (with the help of some sealant). If you’re in an area with steep roofs (snow belt), might want to get a safety harness to keep you from falling.

I had two cracked vent pipe boots. Thanks to a video on Youtube, I learned how to fix the leaks with a couple of these. Saved tons of money by not having to pull up the roofing to replace the entire pipe vent flashing. Combine this with some Henry Rubber Wet Patch Roof Cement and you have a cheap repair that can save a ton of money and repair.
