It can be pulled off with your bare hands. Im quite sure a thief will try to pull it off, as I did, and find it comes off with very little effort. Yes it fits all three of my vehicles...an Audi, a sierra dually and chrysler...and same thing on all three vehicles, it can be pulled off with not much strength.If you look at picture im posting you will see the center part that slips in place after the large part is on, just does not have enough of a lip to catch..its practically even with the base that slips on! Poorly made. I feel for the people that write good reviews on this, cause they did NOT give it a tug with their hands after installing as I did.
