Installation steps

The instruction sheet doesn't have any information about configuration beyond setting up the display. The clock starts over at midnight on every power on. And, The instant MPG readout is wildly inaccurate. Went out and bought a ScanGauge II.

Nice features and appears to be accurate, but in sunlight the display background merges into the numbers and you can not tell what speed is being shown.

It's a panel display not a HUD, but I knew that before I bought. Display is very clear and the unit works perfectly. Had a speedo quit in a truck that was going to take some time to repair and this unit will fill in until that is done. Only took a couple minutes to setup and have it working, It does mph and kph. Very happy with this purchase.
