Nice product especially for the price. The magnification is decent and adjusts with ease. I will say that the product is not good for low light or nighttime use.

This monocular is a great buy. It’s easier to focus than binoculars, small and clear. The price is great. This is a repeat buy, I have bought them for all of our vehicles, for in the house to watch birds, for hunting, and for friends and relatives. There is nothing negative I can say. It’s an awesomely versatile tool.

I can't use both eyes fully, so I'm a monocular guy. I've owned a number of them, and this one is consistently the best (I say consistently because I lost the one I had before, and I bought a second).Funny thing is that after I lost some of my "better" brand name ones (Carson, etc.) and went back to this unit, I realized that it's actually much better.Pros:-Optically good for the price. You can't expect the same optical results as a $500 unit, but this easily exceeds anything in the sub-$50 range that I've found.-Comes with a carrying case, small lens cloth, and rear eyepiece cover.-The placement of the focusing knob on the top of the unit is great; your index finger naturally lands there and focusing is easy. The resistance is light enough to easily adjust it, but firm enough to stay in the position you choose.-There is a standard tripod screw receptacle on the bottom.-The front lens cover is built-in and attached, i.e. you won't lose it.Cons:-There isn't a great way to attach the rear eyepiece to the unit, and as a result, the clumsy or forgetful like myself might lose it (I lost mine and now have to keep it in the case to keep the dust off).-It's not very small or compact, but it's not huge, either. Imagine putting something the same girth and a bit longer (but not as heavy as) a can of coke in the front pocket of your jeans. That kind of size. It's certainly worth buying for the price. I would talk about the optics more if this was a Nikon or whatnot, but it exceeds expectations for what it is.

Product descriptions indicates that it can focus to > 1.5m object. Should be > 5m if not slightly more. When turning the focus dial, it makes a plastic noise like a plastic wrap being twisted.I'm returning this item.I replaced it with a Gosky Titan 12X50; the quality is way better and so are the optics.

Light weight and comfortable to use even with one hand. Not to big or heavy to tire you out while using it. Comes with a strap and built in lens cover for the front and a removable cover for the rear. If you have a tripod you can screw it in to give you better stability. For the low light it is ok. With a full moon your could see clearly. Distance is ideal for short range spotting (100 yards or closer). Other than that this scope is very handy and useful for your needs. Price makes it even better.

I use product for bird and neighbor watching. You will not find a better monocular for the price.Clear crisp and bright viewing. Two focus wheels work together to produce clear images. First zero in on focus using the top wheel. Then fine tune your focus with the eyepiece wheel. The two focus wheels require just the right amount of effort to change focus. In other words they don't jump all over the place when you touch them. Also has eyepiece relief adjustment. About 6 mm of adjustment. handy for me cause I wear glasses.Love the exterior coating. Very much non slip, almost a little tacky. very nice. Comes with connection on bottom for mounting to tripod. It does not have a special night vision feature. But you can use at night if you are looking at something that is lit.Only suggestion for improvement is to have somebody that is better versed in English to write the instructions.

I needed a lightweight scope to bring with me on archery ranges or courses. I think for the price this has suitable quality but it just wasn't clear enough for me to see where my arrows landed from even 40 yards. I ended up going with high-range binoculars as I found monoculars hard to stabilize. It's probably a great item for hikes or walks. For more precision purposes, I recommend spending a bit more money.

I absolutely love the monocular. I have taken it bird watching already and it’s great. Very clear image, the main focusing knob is in the Perfect spot and perfect size as well has a super smooth action. The size and weight is perfect. The twist up eyepiece is great because sometime i bird with glasses but can still use the monocular because I still have a large field of vision especially with the eyepiece twisted down. Overall a fantastic product, 5 out of 5 stars, worth every penny lol. It does just as a good job as any of the big name brands like Nikon, Zeiss, or Swarovski but at a fraction of the price. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a interest in optics who may want a change from binoculars.

I was a little hesitant to order this product. A 10X42 Monocular for under $20..00 I had second thoughts. I did however order the product and I was very surprised of the quality and clarity of this "mini telescope." Once you get use to adjusting your eye to the view it is very easy to use. Why do I say this, if your eye is too close or to far from the eyes piece all you see is black. With a few adjustments this issue is resolved. Instructions very basic not much info...only to moveable parts focus knob on top of the monocular and the eye piece adjustment you must adjust the two to get rid of the black view. Absolutely a great value for $20.00. I am a stargazer and just to have something small and easy to spot something quickly in the night sky has enhanced my stargazing experience. I also got it to use when I hear something at night or if my neighbor's dog is barking (a very good dog by the way, only barks when he see's someone) looking out the window at night your eyes can play tricks on you, "is there someone by that car or is someone moving in the shadows", with this monocular you can easily see what is going on at night.

It is a easy to handle and adjust the magnification for precise viewing. The field of view was excellent. It appears to be well-designed and sturdy. If dropped from eye level or lower will probably suffer no damage.I do not like that the lens cover for the eyepiece is attached to the monocular by a hand strap that is secured by using the threads normally used for a tripod. If a tripod is used, the hand strap must be removed thus losing the security of the hand strap and potentially losing the hand strap and attached screw. The cover for the large lens is attached via a rubber hinge. Although better than the eyepiece lens cover, it wear over time and be rendered useless. The user manual's English translation is a bit off. For example, it states "Eyepiece rotary parts can be compensated more precise focusing. This could be better translated to Eyepiece rotary parts can be adjusted for more precise focusing.

Lightweight, compact design, easy to carry and use, this monocular set is very sharp and clear. Perfect for concerts, bird watching, sports, and many other uses. It fits right in your pocket and can be used with one hand. I've been choosing this over my normal set of binoculars primarily because it's so easy to use but it's not mine anymore. I had two monoculars and my husband has stolen this one to use at his work. He's a building inspector and it helps him see things in the distance clearly that he needs to make sure are up to par. He says he doesn't know what he did without it! Awesome monocular!
