I purchased this boot from another company, but amazon reviews get seen more. I have had a 2 of these and both have had issues. The first one came missing welds on the shelves and the from was bowed out. My first call contact to odyssey took about a week to get some resolution and to get a replacement shelf. I honestly didn't think much about the front being bowed out until I went to mount the TV a couple months later. I noticed that it was not stable and reached back out to odyssey about this issue. After over a month of back and forth I was informed that these booths only carry a 90 day warranty and I was past that. They did finally agree to ship me a replacement even though I was out of warranty, but I had to pay close to $100 to ship the defective one back.When the replacement showed up it did fit together better than the original but it was all dented from poor packing and shipping. So I am currently out and extra $100 to ship one back that had a manufacturer defect, and am stuck with a dented one now. This booth looks like it is made form the same parts as the Pro X and they carry a much longer warranty. Do yourself a favor and look at different ones. If you happen to get one that has good fitment and was taken care of during shipping you might be happy with it, but the 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects is a deal breaker for me. As a mobile DJ this thing goes with me everywhere and I can't say how well the tack welds will hold up over time. Find a company that will stand behind a product longer than 90 days for something like this.

Advertisement makes it appear sturdy and feasible for DJ’s on the go! But it’s not really that Sturdy. It’s OK but a little wobbly. That could be a little scary especially if there’s a lot of people crowding around the DJ booth. But, it is very spacious and you are able to fit a lot of equipment on this unit.

So I just received my DJ Booth and upon taking it out of the "carrying case" I noticed that the zipper on the bag was damaged in which I could not get it past a certain corner. I called the provided number and a lady answered and then transferred me to the owner. I told him my issue and his response was "I don't know what to do". He tells me he had a "jacket" that had a bad zipper and he took it to a "dry cleaner" and they fixed it. SMH. He then tells me try that and if it doesn't work he will send me a Starbucks gift card for my troubles SMH. So my question is HOW THE HECK AM I TO HAUL THIS THING WITH A CASE THAT WONT ZIP SHUT TO SECURE IT?I love the booth itself but this customer service was TRASH and I now regret not going with the ProX brand. Never again will I buy from Odyssey.

So I received this booth. It was in great condition minus a few hiccups which I posted in the photo/videos up there. I know it was repackaged as it came partially put together already. The instructions that came with it had parts in it already assembled for some reason. Someone put it back together very well and sent it back as the metal frame holder was bent. Being that it's Odyssey, they usually have great dependable products. They sent a used one across the country and to another country. All in all, I fixed the problem and it works well now.
