Couldn't wait to get this for our kids to practice their instruments. Arrived today with a missing pole. You would think this would not be possible with only three main pieces in the full assembly.

If you're looking at this stand then it means you have tried the other flimsy foldable stands and you want something that doesn't have a bunch of knobs to turn for adjustment. We'll this is the stand you want then. No knobs to turn, a big huge area and lip to hold a 3 inch binder, and the sturdiness to not sway around when your thumbing through your binder. I mostly play standing but if I decide to sit I can easily lower it with one hand. Also if the light is glaring off a sheet sleeve I can easily tilt it while playing with out turning any knobs. It is definitely worth the extra 20 bucks to get this stand vs a 30 dollar foldable one. The only downfall is it is aluminum I think because magnets won't stick to it. But I use clips to hold extra random sheets now so it's no big deal.

The music stand is great, sturdy and portable. However it requires a socket wrench for assembly. This isn't something that is made clear and that's not a tool I have so that was incredibly inconvenient.

The product is sturdy and works well. Due to package damage we had to call the company…they immediately had a new one shipped, no questions asked… wonderful to work with!
