Oehms makes a few strings that have become personal favorites. ALU Pearl Rough plays comfortable with good control and spin. I highly suggest this to players.

I strung this up on my RF97 v13, with Tourna BigHitter Silver 7 Tour 17g (main 50 ibs), and OEHMS Alu Pearl Rough 1.23 (cross 48.5lbs).- Power (mid, to low)- Spin (good)- Control (mid)- Feel (good)- Stiff (Crisp feel, comes off of racquet nicely, not a soft string)Overall I am happy with it, provides me with many option to try on other hybrid setup.

Used it on about a dozen racquets over the last few months, everyone likes it. I have been using Hyper-G prior to trying it, and I am glade I did. I am a 4.0 and plays 3 times a week. I feel very comfortable with the string, not to mention it is half the price. Definitely worth a try.

This string I found to lack power and feel. I am a tennis pro and tried it on a whim, since I like their leather grips. They need to put some additives in this to soften it up. I cut it out after 30 minutes of play, I started to feel wrist pain. Something that I never experience. I strung it at 48 lbs.

I have strung this string on my friend's racket who is using multifilament string previously. After hitting with this string on his racket, his feedback was surprisingly comfortable, able to generate spin easily, volley was responsive and also deliver better serve. However, you have to generate your own power to get maximum output.

I stubled across these strings when suffering from other listing price horror for tennis strings. I was unwilling to test my printer filament so I tried this product. Since I have been using these strings, I have only been defeated in a single match, and I suspect that was more due to a poor atitude caused by someone playing gangsta rap on their rattling bluetooth speaker in another court. Even the noisy pickle ball players were unable to distrupt the balance and spring of these strings.String felt consistent during installations, half a dozen so far, seems like a good vlue as compared to other popular offerings.

As a long time user of Hyper G Soft and ALU Power Soft, I was looking for an alternative. I have found it. ALU Pearl Rough is not just a great string for the money, but simply a great string. It is low to medium powered with very very good spin, pocketing and control. Maybe just a little less than Hyper G, but close. In addition the feel is quite close to ALU Power. So it is the perfect blend of both of my previous strings. It is also quite comfortable with no harshness. As far as durability I would say it is about in-line with most poly strings with the exception of ALU Power, which is terrible, I get about 6-7 hours out of ALU Pearl before it breaks or I cut it out due to tension loss. That is pretty typical for me and at $60 a reel, I have no issue with it.Highly recommended.

The string is surprisingly softer on the arm than expected, especially after a dampener was insert in the string bed. Plays very well and has predictable launch angle.

Tried these strings out on based off the reviews and I was shocked how good they were for the money. Tension holds well, good spin, and control. It's a softish string (coming from solinco confidential). I use it on my pure drive and aero.

For the price it is hard to beat Oehms strings. They have all the qualities I look for in a high grade poly string. They grab well and allow me to take full cuts at the ball and count on the spin. For the money, can’t hardly be beat.

This string is absolutely unbelievable, and not just because of the cost. It is the perfect balance of feedback and comfort, spin is excellent, tension maintenance and playability duration are absolutely ridiculous for a poly string, and yes it’s 60 bucks a reel. How can you beat that? You simply can not. I had to try this string when I saw the glowing reviews and the ridiculous price and I was not disappointed. I have a Gamma X-Stringer and about 10 racquets all from 2019 and newer. I have tried just about every major brand of strings and racquet combination and Alu Pearl is my benchmark. The durability is unreal for a smaller gauge string. My favorite thing is the great ball pocketing feel you get off the string bed, there is no overmuted response that leaves you guessing where you hit it. Then it also stays playable for months! And I hit 4 times a week, sometimes 5! Power is a little higher than I like, but with the other benefits of this string it’s what you would expect. The spin is just as good as the best spin strings and the pop off ground strokes and serves is excellent and confidence inspiring. I string this at 60 lbs in most racquets 98-100 sq in and it plays similar to Alu Power or Alu Power Spin just with better durability and a much better value for the money

This string greatly exceeded my expectations in all departments. I have been a long time user of Solinco Tour Bite, and in the past used Luxilon Alu Power Spin but found it dropped tension too quickly. This string has even better feel than Alu Power, and the spin isn't far off Tour Bite. For the money you can't go wrong.
