Left and right are always referred to as if you're sitting on the scooter. These do not fit PX models. These do come with the attachment clips. Each box was opened and locking washers(attachment clips) were included.

The product is perfect replacement. I had to slightly open the holes with a small rat tail file. Minor adjustment. The part went right in and fit perfect.
