This replacement circuit board for my Goodman heat pump was identical to the original 10-yr old part that had burned out and was no longer sending power to the cooling fan. Transferring the 8 or 9 electrical wires from the old board to the new was a breeze and took only a few minutes -- although I made a slightly longer job of it because I took extra time to wire brush all old spade connectors before re-installing on the new board. The compressor unit was up and running immediately afterwards.
