I received a valve that was not pictured. I’m sure it may work but it doesn’t look like my old one.

The picture of the part is not what you will get. According to the Seller the pictured part is no-longer available and the substituted part is a brand name of White-Rogers. The substituted part installed very easily and worked just fine. Would highly recommend the Seller and parts.

The electrical connectors are not labelled so I had no idea which is hot, which is cold. After figured that out, works perfectly. Took 1 star off because it arrive almost a week late.

After all was said and done, it turned out to be the Control circuit board that was my heater's problem and not the valve. I have no qualms with having had replaced the 16 year-old old version with this newly upgraded one, though. My tech had no problems with the swap between the old version and this upgraded replacement version. This was a little less than half the price the local dealer wanted to charge for a new non-upgraded replacement version.I'm very pleased with the service I received and it is a quality part at a really good price. If I need more parts in the future, I'm going to look here first!
