i was originally concerned in regards to the low rise back lip and upon sitting in the chair was very surprised at how comfortable it was. My only complaint is that the wheels don't glide well and stick frequently not a huge deal, definitely would buy again

I bought this stool on whim, without looking much into it. I immediately realized it is way too tall for what I need to use it for. Now, I will take full responsibility for that, I ordered without looking into it at all. BUT, within the first few days of use, it began creaking horribly, and the wheels fell apart. It would not roll at all on a smooth concrete floor. I kept it around for a bit, letting my employees use it, and I came back from a work trip to find it in the scrap bin, because they got so sick of it's utter failure as a stool. It looks cool though, a great scrap heap decoration... LOL

I had several problems with this seat. First the small wheels fell apart. I replaced them with bigger/better ones. Then the threads for the wheels gave out. I welded on stronger nuts and replaced the wheels again. Then the seat mount ripped apart around the cylinder. So I had to weld that up (damaging the cylinder in the process.) with the cylinder damaged I couldn't remove it from the base to replace it, so I ended up drilling a hole about where I wanted it to stay at and ran a bolt through it. This product needs some stronger welds, and wheels. It has a good solid base and seat though.I would not recommend this for everyday use.

The rubber outside of the wheels went out within a week. Had to keep putting them back together multiple times a day. The bearings started breaking out from the wheels the next week. The final was the hydraulic pump died at the top height. The seat broke as well. This happened all within three weeks. I am well below the max weight, as well as anyone else who used this stool. The dog hair had nothing to do with the demise. It's a shame, I absolutely loved it's height on the lowest setting as well as the bright green color. It felt like it was going to be a sturdy chair. I will say the cushion is quite nice, the lip on the back did feel good for sitting a bit.

The ball bearings in the caster swivel came out. this happened with two casters. So I clicked on the link for customer service. I ended up on a link to request a quote. I never was able to find a place to send an e-mail to customer service. Tech support, yes. I don't need Tech support or a quote. I just need replacement casters.Oh, when the base wasn't rotating in circles it was fine. base is well made. seat is comfortable. height was easily adjustable. Nice stool.9/11/23 update. I ordered replacement casters. So far it works fine.

Great chair! Disappointed that the hydro cylinder failed within 3 months. Contacted customer support and they took good care of me in no time! Amazing company!

The product not as described caster wheel’s and cylinder are rate for 350lbs but caster the rubber came off the wheels. The cylinder fail to stay up I only weighed 197 fully clothed but the structure weld seams are bad I wouldn’t recommend this product at all
