Does what it is supposed to do. Be sure to measure your floor space before ordering. Mine fit exactly as ordered and works great. I did have to drill some 3/8" holes in mine as condensation built up under it due to a cracked foundation under my carpeting. Works great after a few holes were drilled in it. Good floor mat. My chair glides easily on it (instead of on the carpeting.

This seems like it will be a good quality mat, BUT after one whole week of sitting with heavy books on top of it and trying to heat the plastic it still looks like this! I hope it will flatten out but if it hasn't in the next week I'm going to have to send it back.

Let it warm up to aid unrolling and wear heavy gloves the carpet spikes are sharp. Laid it out with weights for a day on it and now works great. Seems good quality.

This is a very good mat. Office wise, it's very handy as I have a rug & this helps the chair move easily.

We left the mat down for a week and it did not flatten. We placed a heater on the floor to warm it and it did not flatten. It is very hard to work with. I am returning it.

I bought new area rugs for my last the end of last year so they would all be the same. I bought to go in the area between my stove and sink, but since area rugs are the best for the kitchen, I purchased this mat that is meant for an office, but I am using in my kitchen. Since it comes in a roll, it was a bit tricky to make it flat, but once it was, it made it easy to lay on top of my area rug in my kitchen. It is great because I can still see the design of my rug, but have the protection I need so it does not get ruined. Easy to clean!

I like it that he grips the carpet real well. I don't like that like a rubbery plastic and the desk chairs stick to them. So it's not easy rolling around on this thing either but easier than Carpeting and not making marks and carpeting.
