This was fantastic right out of the box. Assembly was easy, its easy to sit in very wide and extremely comfortable. Getting in and out is extremely easy. And it definitely supports us 500 pound guys. Well I'm 460 but it is very sturdy.

The precut holes don’t line up for the support bar.No response to this email request for help either.I got close to completing the chair assembly but one of the bars holes don’t line up. Are the bars specific to front versus back or is there a cutting issue?

I’m a big guy, and need a wide chair with a reasonable seat height. This chair delivers and is SOLID! Only complaint is that it is clearly not designed to be assembled by the person that needs it. I got it assembled in about an hour, swearing several times. If the used tapered hex bolts, the bolts would locate easier.

This chair looks like it would be a comfortable sturdy chair but cannot assemble it due to a part missing. First, I called Office Star and was told it would be best to email them. I did email and the response was to send proof of purchase and my phone number. I did that and no response. I called 2 days ago and left a message to find out the status of the missing part and have not heard back. If I could get the support bar that was missing and assemble the chair, I may find that it is an awesome addition to my office but without customer service even responding, this chair is not any good to me. If the issue is resolved, I can update this review.

If I had four or five arms, then it wouldn't have been so difficult. But I only have two, so it was very difficult.

We ordered this chair for my grandmother because she bought one previously and knew it was sturdy. She has a hard time getting up and down from kitchen chairs. This has made her life easier.
