The above curve table shows the test results when the pressure rises:

The resistance/ohm column is a standard value, but if the detected value is within the range of positive and negative deviations, it is normal; Taking 6bar as an example, when the pressure rises from 4bar to 6bar, the standard value should be 124Ω, but if the test result is in the range of 119Ω to 129Ω, it is also normal.

skills requirement:

  1. Rated power: 0.5W; the sensor itself is passive input, but when more than 70 mA of current is input to the sensor during operation, the internal coil of the sensor will burn out!
  2. Working temperature: -25~100°C (1 hour at 120°C);
  3. Overvoltage safety: 1.5MPa (only 2 seconds for a short time);
  4. The maximum torque of the M4 nut is 1Nm;
  5. The maximum torque for installing the sensor is 30Nm;
  6. Explanation about WK: Take 360-081-030-015 as an example, the range is 0-10bar, the alarm value is 0.8bar, when the WK terminal is 10~0.8bar, WK is disconnected from the ground, and the resistance is infinite , when the oil pressure drops below 0.8bar, the WK electric contact closes, the resistance is 27 ohms, we usually call it normally closed (N.C).
