I have always wanted to buy grease in bulk by the amount I buy for my equipment, and trailers I have. It just seems cheaper and easier than going for a new cartridge every time I need to reload.Now the initial set up isn't going to look like it's cheaper but in the long run it will be. I have a couple of DeWalt electric grease guns. one for the shop, one that goes on my truck for when I'm away on a job site. I got the Dewalt clear tube grease gun cartridge for this set up just to be able to refill my grease guns from a 2 1/5 gallon or 5 gallon bucket. I can see how much grease I have left, refill and keep going, with out having to swap out a paper tube. I like how I can simply top off a grease gun before I head out in the morning to a job with equipment and I know Im good.This grease gun suction lid is easy to use and works great. Now there is a small learning curve when you first start using it but it gets better each time.Hands down if you have a fleet of equipment that your grease with a normal grease gun. then you need this seat up and grease lid.
