The glow clock came quickly and is lightweight. I have a toddler who never knows when it's the right time to wake up, and we previously had a "glo clock" that stopped working recently, so I wanted to try this one. It's fairly easy and straightforward to set it up and the instructions are pretty simple. The ad makes it sound like it's very easy to change colors, and I still don't understand how to get it anything except a solid color. I was excited to use the timer feature as well for naps, but honestly it was quite annoying as it repeatedly beeps until it goes off, more like a kitchen timer than a nap/clock timer you'd expect. We have a sound machine on loud so it helped lessen the beep volume, but I don't really understand the point of the timer setting if it doesn't allow you to have it on silent and have the colors change. I do like that you can choose to have morning wake-up time be with sound or not, and the green is bright, but not overwhelming. It comes with little cardboard circles that you can also use to start basic music, a timer, etc, but the buttons do the same thing so they aren't necessary if they get lost or broken. I do wish their was a dimmer slide for the light (there is one for the screen).Overall it does look nice, I'm just not confident that it will hold up long term quality wise as it's very light and doesn't feel very solid, and I really wish it had more functionality with the nap/timer capability.

You know how there's that one clock that is a big pain in the arse when the power goes out? Not this one. You can set it within seconds. So easy. Also love how easy all the other functions are...nothing complicated. You can easily turn on the colored like and flip between colors. The display is simple and easy to read the time. I like that the clock is smaller than I thought it would be. I have so much junk already on my nightstand, I didn't want a large clock taking up a ton of space.I have been using a white noise machine to sleep for over 20 years. I like that this is both a clock and a sound machine. It comes with different sound cards, which was new to me. You tap the card onto the clock like you would when you tap your credit card when making a payment. Odd, but it works. Just be sure to store the cards in a safe and memorable place. I think I would personally rather have the buttons on the unit to work this so I would not have to keep the separate pieces somewhere (just more stuff in my opinion), but I do understand that this contributes to the ease of use. Sometimes so many buttons complicates things.I think this is suitable for kids, as well as adults. Younger kids will easily get the hang of it, and it's not too childish looking for adult use.Thank you for including a cube with this. I'm tired of having to buy one to use the item i just bought.Also, it holds the time after unplugging it and moving it to another outlet. Maybe there's an inner battery???

This clock is amazing! I love the sleep-wake light feature before my son had one similar to this, but it was a dog holding a ball, and the only colors were red for sleep and green for awake. This one is so customizable there are so many color options. The fact that you can have two colors at once like blue and green is really neat. The picture doesn't do it justice for some reason the color did not come through but in person the color is very vibrant and it's really nice that you can adjust the brightness of it as well. The sound options and alarm options are really nice feature too even though we don't use them. I think this is a great alarm clock not just for kids, but for teens and even adults because the design is sleek and minimalistic while offering great functionality and color customization options.
