Definitely a big help getting briskets, ribs, etc. on/ off and arranged on the grill. Helps most of all with supporting those fall off the bone ribs. The handle is fine for normal lifting but bent slightly when putting pressure sideways. Not a big deal as it straightened out but something to keep in mind.

I used this to pull my Brisket off the smoker. Sturdy and strong. Would definitely recommend if you do big roasts and struggle with pulling them off.

Fred Flintstone could've used one of these for flipping his dino burgers. It's sturdy, and Big. I use it for smoking big butts, and I cannot lie, it is definitely handy to have around.

I have had this giant spatula for about 2 years and would like to report that it is still good as new. I have used it to pull 15 to 20 pound brisket off the pit and it works great! Very heavy duty. I've also used it for burgers and whole chickens and even a turkey and I have nothing but good things to say about it. You will not be disappointed. It is very well made and comes in handy so often.

I really enjoy using this crazy big spatula for BBQ. Pulled pork, 14 lb brisket, whole chicken, all handled well and made transfer to a wrapping station for butcher paper/aluminum (or whatever your pleasure) really easy and fast. For larger pieces or heavier pieces, I just had to support the end opposite the handle as it's still 14 lbs of meat at the end of a spatula... didn't want to risk an accident.But this works especially well for big pieces of meat that are starting to fall apart. It keeps everything together better than holding the meat in your hands. There were a couple of large spatulas here on Amazon, and I was looking at another from Traeger, but this one has some nice grooves in the front that match with my Traeger grill grates which helps a bit to get under the meat.Plus your wife will look at you like you've gone mad, which is a bonus.
