Installed this light on my new eMTB, Purchased because Olight has the reputation for producing excellent tactical lights for use on firearms, and I assume the technology has been applied to these bike lights. After all, a light that can stand up to the repeated, severe shock of weapon recoil (not to mention drops) and still function must be a tough light. That's why I chose Olights (got the matching taillight too) over similar units from the big-name bicycle outfits at the same price-point. It's also very bright and has variable intensity and flash patterns. Would buy again (and may get a second, back-up.) Not sure of battery life yet. By the way, I am not a hard-core, stunt rider-just trails and rough gravel roads, and don't ordinarily ride at night ("just in case"). I like the fact it's small and adds almost no weight to my bike.

For the money Onlight makes some of the best lighting products out there. I have their flashlights too and these bike lights did not let me down. Very bright and high quality. I do wish the rear light had a faster and random blink pattern. It’s got a slow swell and a slow blink, but it’s supposed to have an auto brake feature but I’m not sure how that works. I love the quarter turn lock and the seat hanger mount works great. I have the front light mounted with the GoPro mount on a quarter turn Garmin post and it’s great. Highly recommend. You can’t beat the price.
