I splurged because let’s face it, they’re expensive. I did so because my less expensive olukais lasted me 5 years easily. As soon as weather permits I’d rather have a pair of these on than closed toed shoes.I tried a few pairs, and one was so supple I almost looked past the tobacco color. I was weary because I’d seen one middling review centered on the uncomfortable construction of the toe piece, between the big toe and the 2nd. When I went a half size larger everything came together. I don’t have a single complaint. Well, maybe one, they say do t get them wet, treat them like leather cuz they are. Your feet are getting wet sometime.Otherwise, you’ll find them incredibly comfortable, very well made, and really good looking on your ugly effing feet.

I learned about this brand several years ago but could never pull the trigger because of the price. Fast forward and I am headed to Hawaii to get married. My now wife and I each decided to splurge and purchase ourselves a pair of OLUKAI flip-flops. Let me just tell you, the cost is worth it. These things are awesome! The manufacturing of them is superior to any flip-flops I have ever owned. I love the two tone look and even the etched leather sole. I would recommend wearing the for short time frames at first to get them broken in but once you do they are so comfortable and actually have an arch. We have both since purchased additional models and wear them all summer long.

These are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. I’m very pleased with this purchase, in fact, I’m so pleased I now own two pairs. One in black and one in brown. They’re very very comfortable.

I finally ordered these sandals after forever having them in my cart. I am just really cheap about buying certain things. I have gone through about five pair of sandals in the last few years; they break, they wear, they become uncomfortable, whatever. The only pair of sandals that have lasted (actually for about 13 years now) is this cheap rubber pair someone lost at Hanalei bay, Kaua'i. At least I thought the found sandals were cheap, but man they have outlasted some other pricey sandals. Anyway, I have been looking for a nicer pair to kind of class up my act. I came across the Olukai brand at a shop and looked them up on Amazon. These are some smart-looking sandals. I love the look of these, so I sat on the $130 price tag, and sat, and sat. Then, just the other day, I must have been in a buying mood, I bought these. Almost all I can say is "OMG". I generally don't like toe thongs, but these aren't too bad (actually easy for me to get used to). I wore them for an hour or so to check them out. When I took them off, the floor felt funny beneath my feet; Felt like I was tipping. Having figured out what was happening, I found it to be the sandal design, and not because I ate some fermented beverage. The heel of the sandal tip me slightly forward, while the sides are built to tip you slightly toward your insole. The feeling is delicious. It is almost as if these sandals are helping me walk with a better gait. I wear a size 10.5 (in Nike) to size 10.5D to 11D ( in cowboy boots) and bought these in a size 11. Whatever the case, these sandals look great, feel great, are made of super quality material, are very sturdy, and are well worth me cashing in my coins to pay a little extra for some quality footwear. I LOVE these, and will keep working on getting use to the toe thong until I don't feel it anymore. I highly recommend this brand...and these particular sandals.

I just got back from Honolulu a month ago. I usually buy cheap flip-flops. I wore out two pair of $10 ones in a week there from all the hiking and walking around the city/beaches.After that trip I needed some new ones and started browsing, and these caught my eye. Why would anyone charge that much for flip-flops!? Paying over $100 seemed a little excessive to me, but caught enough of my curiosity that I thought what the heck, I’ll give them a shot. I like my flip flops when they’re worn in a bit, but with the cheap ones they’re usually on their last leg when they get to that point.These arrived and I immediately could tell from the quality craftsmanship that these are worth the price. I usually wear a 12 wide, but ordered a size 13 of these and they fit perfect. They’re a little tight right now, but from what I know about owning all-leather products in the past, I’m pretty confident that once I wear these in they will probably be my new favorite pair of shoes, not just flip-flops. They have just the right amount of cushion and arch support, which I need for my flat feed and plantar fasciitis. The soles have rubber treads sewn into the leather that feel harder than my truck tires. I may never need another pair of flip-flops for the rest of my life.I’ll come back in a few months and give an update after wear in… and probably buy another pair in a different color.

I'm using this sandals for my casual walk on my beach days, sunny days or raining days and I absolutely love that. It's worth my every penny and patterns on the sandals are really beautiful. Superb product.

Die Schuhe passen sehr gut und fühlen sich sehr gut an. Ich hab die Schuhe fast täglich an und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Finde die Verarbeitung sehr gut. Anfangs waren sie etwas starr und ich hatte die Befürchtung, dass sie etwas scheuern werden, jedoch hat sich das nach ein paar Mal tragen gelegt und die Schuhe sind geschmeidig geworden.
