I like it. I got the extra strap. I wish if it had pads to put to make it easy on your hands. I use it as a pull-up bar. But you can put your own. I did not use the non-slip strap that came with it because I just do pull-ups and stretching.

The straps and buckles are very sturdy and durable. Buckles are double D ring made of metal and work very well. Straps are very thick and extra long so they will stand up to heavy use and support the weight of virtually anyone. The only drawback to these rings is that when doing dips, they are somewhat uncomfortable due to the fact that they apply pressure to the upper wrist. This is likely due to the shape of the ring. An actual round ring like used in gymnastics would probably be better. The other weakness is that the rings come with a bar tape similar to a bicycle handlebar bar tape. You need to be careful and wrap the rings correctly, otherwise the tape will unravel during use. There are virtually zero instructions on how to set up and use the rings so make sure you know how to use D rings to adjust the length of the straps, otherwise they will slip. Overall the product is ok and does the job intended but I would not say they are exceptional.

No instructions except for on the box which are not in English. So far the cloth wrap works well but the supplied tape did not. These fit my hand perfectly but I like to move my hands around so I had to change things up a bit. The straps are thinner than I expected and the metal clamps were a pain to get the strap locked in.

I ordered these to use on a swing set/activity center we're building for our little one. Based on how they're advertised, I believe these are intended for a more professional use. The video shows a woman using them to exercise. The straps that hold the rings are also quite long. I will definitely have to shorten them to use on the play set. They're good quality. The rings are made of heavy plastic. They're somewhat flattened on the grip area, allowing a people to get a good, solid grip with all fingers. They came with silicone tape to wrap around the grips. That's a bonus because the tape allows people to get a really secure grip on the rings, preventing their hands from slipping off.The top of the rings are formed with a thin slot for accepting the heavy duty, webbed straps that are used for hanging the rings. The straps fit through slots & then are fastened together with a strong steel clip. Each strap has a stationary pair of D-rings. After looping through the rings, the straps are connected together by another buckle & the D-rings. The doubling of the straps creates a very strong, secure base from which to hang & exercise. I would recommend these to others who are interested in purchasing rings to use for exercise, or as we have, for a child's activity equipment.

I've been hitting the gym for the last 3-4 years doing a lot of weight lifting and thought I was getting really strong, until I tried using these.Attempting to use these exposed a lot of weaknesses in my muscles. Some of the moves that you can do with these can't be done with any other pieces of gym equipment so those muscles never get worked in these various ways. The edges of the straps are stitched with metal loop-thru rings. The handles are plastic (?) but feel as stable as metal. Comes with grip tape that's easy to attach, though with gloves you don't really need it. Everything feels very secure and that it will last a very, very long time. It's going to take a very, very long time before I can use these to their full advantage, but for now my workout buddy and I enjoy some laughs while trying to use these and at how some nights we can barely move our arms because our pecs are so sore.Great piece of equipment for overall muscle building.
