Great product for use where I needed a large 2 gang metal electrical box to meet the wire fill size requirements, but I only needed a single switch opening coming through the drywall and needed the switch opening spaced a couple inches away from the door casing to accommodate wide trim. Not an easy product to find at local suppliers, so I ordered it here. A bit pricey for what it is, but it works well.

Works perfect when you could really use that extra 1 1/4" to the right or left.

I was so grateful to find this! We planned to move a counter height outlet that ended up slightly behind the stove location during a remodel. Moving the outlet was going to be expensive and we really only needed an inch or so - it had a center set plate in this style. I looked in many different hardware stores for one offset like this without success. I was able to find this one on amazon and install it in place of the center set one. It is perfect! Drywalled over it and didn't end up having to get into any of the electrical. For the price this was a great solution :)

This offset ring helped prevent me from needing to do bigger correction work to get my outlet where I needed it (kitchen countertop remodel).
