100% horrible. It will remove the lid, which then jams in the opener so completely that pliers and a screwdriver can’t free it. Try the reverse? HA. It just spins the struck lid backwards. Good for one use only. I would return it, but it was more satisfying to hammer it into little bits.

Cuts lid below the rim which leaves a sharp edge on the can which can cut you when you attempt to remove the contents. This opener cannot open cans that have pull tabs. It's difficult to install/change batteries. It's slow and noisy. I give it 2 stars only because it will open non-pull tab cans. Look elsewhere.

Go for a more trusted appliance brand if you can. Sure you don't get the sharp edges, but I've had to finish the work of this opener with my manual one. While I don't have arthritis fully set in, at least I know my manual can opener is a one and done job.

The can opener works fine but I had to find someone who could open the battery compartment for me. It was very difficult to open so unless you have someone who has strong hands and can pull it apart, you won't be able to use it
