Love this water fountain that filters the water and puppy slobber. Love the feature that the water stops flowing to indicate it’s time to refill. I highly recommend this fountain.

So far my dog is afraid of it- she has yet to try it. I am hoping we can get over that hump sometime today. My only concern is that the manual states that it came with extra filters, but there definitely were not any extra filters in the box.*Update- My little girl is now using the water fountain without a problem. I like that it is very quiet, and the water always seems fresh and clean. I would have liked at least one extra filter.

I bought one but I'm afraid to use it for my dog something about stainless steel and electricity and water just doesn't sound like a good idea. I gave it 5 stars because of the concept of it. I would like to know other people saftey concerns and opinions about these products.

Had an issue with the motor stopping working and their customer service was great. Replaced the defective part quickly and easily. Thanks to Sue in customer service!

Received so quickly and set up was easy. We have 3 large dogs who are loving it, especially playing with the water bubbling out!! Definitely recommend :)

I have two 60 pound labs and a cat this water fountain works great for them. It is very quiet built well, and I love the feature where when the water level is too low, the device will turn itself off.

Product is great. Had an issue with the unit not coming with a filter. Sue at customer service was great and handled the situation very quickly.
