I have a Higher Dose Infared Sauna blanket and the insert by Higher Dose. It is more expensive than this one and not nearly as big or cozy. If you’re torn between this one and the HD one, get this one. Xo

I purchased this one to uses with my sauna blanket, this sauna blanket insert was perfect fit to use with my sauna blanket. It’s enhances comfort during session, I also have sauna room in my basement but I too lazy to get out from hot -cold room, so this insert blanket work good with my sauna blanket making it a value asset for my wellness routine. Highly recommend.

I got this blanket seeking comfort, and comfort I did find. Not only is it soft, but using it feels like a warm hug. I have anxiety, and this blanket feels like a breath of fresh air.
