The bugnet has several problems one of which makes it unusable. First problem is one of the snaps on the end part just doesn't snap closed, causing there to be a 5 to 6 inch exposed gap, which isn't ideal for a bugnet. Second, the side cutouts where you're supposed to pass the guylines through aren't there, instead it looks like someone crudely slashed a ~1 cm in the mesh netting part and you can see that is already starting to tear.I'm outside my return window so I guess I'm screwed unless onewind sends out a replacement. Will update review if they do.Edit: Updated with more info and pictures on 08/20/2024Onewind customer support reached out to me and asked if I wanted a replacement bugnet or a refund. I really wanted this to work so I opted for the replacement. They shipped it out super fast, and when I returned from my trip I gave it a thorough check and unfortunately the same issues are present on the replacement bugnet. The pictures attached to this review are of the replacement bugnet sent. It seems the snap clasps are prone to cracking which renders them unusable, and the guyline passthrough holes are still very very crude. Ideally it would be a fine slit in reinforced fabric that's stitched over to avoid any potential tearing issues in the future.I reached out to them again and requested a refund and they obliged and were very apologetic that the replacement had the same issues. I can't give the bugnet a good rating but I will definitely continue to buy onewind products knowing that they stand behind any defect issues, because of this I've bumped up from 1 star to a 2 star review. For the onewind R&D team, please consider changing out your clasp materials and improving the guyline passthrough holes on the sides. This has the potential to be a great product if the QC issues are corrected. Thanks!

I just tried it out for the first time on an 11day canoe trip. The first time I set it up I hated it right away. It's a mess even after having done it several times. However, it does work. I can fuss with this thing and get everything perfect but it's a chore. If set up less then perfect, it's worthless... actually less then worthless. If set up less then perfect it acts like a giant one way bug trap and you're the bait. After a couple hours it'll be far worse inside then out. So know that if you're not the type of guy that wants to be bothered with a perfect pitch, this product is not for you.The positive aspect is the idea is awesome and having a safe space from all the biters and blood suckers that goes beyond the immediate limits of the hammock is such a nice thing during the high seasons. At this point, I don't like it but you know I'm going to continue using it now that I have it. I simply couldn't say whether I'd buy it again given the chance or not. I hope onewind refines the design and continues to work on it because it's a good idea and a feasible application.

The tie outs are really short, the material around the base is paper thin and ripped within minutes. The sides when guy-ed out cannot be made taller than 27"- you can't even sit in a camp chair in the corner. Will be salvaging for parts; can't return.

I only used it once but it was fine to set up, zippers worked, and it saved me from the mosquitoes

The build quality is good. It is very easy to set up. I also recommend watching some videos first, for ease of set up.I bought this bug net, in conjunction with its accompanying tarp. The full system works great together and I recommend them both for hammock and eating/cooking/resting area. One minor downfall, is that rain will run down and fall slightly within the perimeter. This is due to the net running along the exterior of the tarp.

It is completely open at the top and you need to find and buy a separate tarp the exact shape (hexagonal) and size to match this net. The photos and descriptions are misleading as it looks like there is a tarp attached to it.

Bought this to go with my hummock and with the hummock going straight through the middle it’s surprising how much room is around you add room for my table my bike all my gear turns hummock camping ⛺️ in to hammock glamping 🏕️ definitely recommend this and no bugs

Product made flimsy said you ran off top of tarp but had to set up and place tarp over due to the holes for the tarp timeouts being placed in the center and not the corners

The image they use is inaccurate. It does not come with a top piece just the around part. It is sold separately and not included. We bought this thinking it came with a top roof and it did not only with the bottom piece which is the body of it. It's nice material but not what the image shows.

Perfect protection against bugs and small critters . I used it with a hammock for two nights then put a tent inside instead. Just a simple to set up product with a lot of versatility. Thanks’nn

Easy to set up with the onewind tarp and plenty of room inside. Worth the money in my opinion

the pictures do not accurately show the net. first of all, the pictures make it look like there Is a roof/canopy to it. that is not the case. I also found that it not very adaptable to other tarps. with the net being held in place with elastic and not truly secure I am afraid bugs will still get in.
