I thought this was fairly easy to put together because the bags were separated and labeled (basically like assembling LEGO these days haha). The metal is a bit thin so you have to be careful not to tighten too much but other than that this is a good quality bench that works well. I appreciate that it folds up out of the way for quick storage. It's easy to use and perfect for at home work outs, especially if you already have the free weights. This is really a good deal.

I was looking for a light gym bench to use with some dumbbell exercises I want to incorporate into my routine. This bench is sturdy and easy to use once assembled.Oh yeah, the assembly. It was actually a breeze, but upon first glance at the instruction manual and seeing over 20 different parts & bolts with not much instruction other than a diagram for each step I feared assembly was going to be a nightmare. But then I discovered all the bolts & pins you need to assemble it are bagged by step! That was SO easy and a perfect way to simplify what would've been a complicated task.Now that I have it assembled, I've exercised on it a few times and it works well if you don't have a lot of space (I don't). It's not a large bench, but it's plenty big enough for me as a home alternative.It's pretty sturdily built, but the thickness of the metal isn't as thick as I thought. I easily over-tightened the bolts for the leg supports, pulling a slight dent in the cylindrical bottom foot bar. It's not a big deal and the construction is plenty sturdy for a lot of weight, just try not to over-tighten like me.

Honestly can't say enough good things about this weight bench! Looks like a lot of pieces, however, the directions are all clearly marked and pieces easily identified. They even put the bolts into separate Step 1, Step 2 bags and so on. Took me a total of 20 minutes from unpacking to finishing building.As far as function goes, this bench has it all! Flat - Incline - Decline - Sitting practically straight up 90. Every position you could want. Simple sawtooth rear adjustment between positions. And when you're finished, pull pins to fold it up and tuck into a corner out of your floor space. Plus ALL three pull pins go back into their holes when folded! That's HUGE!! Nothing worse than having loose pieces to get lost (especially critical ones like a support pin - love that they solved that problem for us!!)Exterior PU style leather covering is beautiful and all the stitching is intact. Oppsdecor literally made a work of art out of a simple at home adjustable workout bench. Get one! And enjoy your workout!!

Reviewing OPPSDECOR 8 Positions Adjustable Weight Bench, This is a great space-saving bench. It has a small form factor, but is very versatile. It folds up and can be stashed in the corner with ease. It can hold up to 660 lbs, so should work with most home gyms. It’s comfortable, well-made and heavy. It also has non-skid rubber ends on the feet, so it won’t damage your floors. It took a little work and time to assemble but the instructions are good and it wasn't difficult.

Weight bench was easy to assemble with tools and instructions very clear and provided. The use of ring bolts makes the middle of the bench shift slightly when sitting down, might make it less sturdy over time.The bench functions fine, haven’t tested weight capacity but the foam is good for now. Will have to see how long it lasts as it feels basic/factory instead of high value.

Very lightweight and easy to set up. Folds away super tidy. Very good quality for the price. Adjustable enough for my household gym needs. Simple design and as study as you’d expect for Something like this. Not super heavy duty but I don’t need that. Functions great and very nice !

The bench was not easy to put together, and the instructions were not very clear. However, the bench can hold weight very well, and it's easy to adjust the bench's seat.

I got this for my man and he's very happy with it. Neither one of us can seem to keep a regular gym membership but we have so many things right here at home that we don't have to. Three treadmills, 4 dumbbell sets (like, full complete sets lol), a kettle bell, pull up bar, Roman chair, and then all the odds and ends in between - medicine balls, weighted vests, pilates stuff, etc. But I was the idiot to throw away our last weight bench in a cleaning fit. This one is even better than the last AND can be folded up and tucked out of the way for later use. So it's perfect.
