My physical therapist used one of these with me during therapy for migraine headaches. She suggested I purchase one on Amazon for home use. This is exactly like the one I use during therapy.

I have arthritis in my neck, and this strap made neck rotation and tilt exercises so much easier and took away the pain!!

It's okay. Did not provide the relief to my neck pain that I had hoped. When I tried to apply more pressure to see if it would help, I almost tore the stitching holding the handle. Didn't seem reliable or strong enough. Also, very abrasive on the neck. I don't consider myself overly delicate, but this thing tore up my neck...

I would have given no stars if possible. The product was very cheaply made. There is no way to adjust the length of the strap and not all arms are created equally long or short. The strap was unraveling and the non-skid substance on the strap was wearing away after one use. The hard plastic handles were uncomfortable and could get slippery if your hands sweated. I returned it and now use a towel for my excercises which works perfectly well.

Fairly simple item but it seems to work. Before it arrived I tried using a yoga strap and I know others use a towel or pillow case but the Self Snag Strap worked much better than the yoga strap. Getting the technique right is another matter. The strap arrived from the US to UK in 10 days which was fairly good

Just what my PT therapist ordered. Use it every day and notice a big improvement in my neck. Now when it is stiff an d sore I can fix it myself. Also ordered the stretch strap and plan to use that almost as much.
