These are very light weight and feel like styrofoam. I have a lot of concern about their durability. The shape is nice and they do have plenty of give when you use them.

I do Pilates and some of the floor exercises are hard on my wrists so these really help support my wrists and hands doing planks and push-ups etcetera. Can be used in many different ways, I also put them under my sacrum to give my pelvic floor support doing leg exercises.

These have made my Yoga so much more bearable. They are great at taking the pressure off sensitive wrists. One less star because they are a little bit slippery. My hands seem to slide off. Alleviated this by wearing workout gloves.

I am a yoga teacher as well as an occupational therapist. I ordered these in the hope that they would help to relieve pressure on my wrists and hands. While they do offer good positioning, they are way too hard and offer nothing in the way of cushioning or pressure relief. I was unable to use them as they made the pain in my wrists worse than not using anything at all. If you are looking for something to help with carpal tunnel syndrome these are not likely to be the answer although they may be just fine for someone who is already in good shape and just wants to work on alignment.

Didn't work for me. I actually found them quite dangerous to use. I was using them for extra support during yoga practice for my wrist issues. There's no grip to the wedges so they would slide around on my mat. Not what you need when you're looking for support. I also felt that it was adding pressure in poses where there shouldn't be. I would feel more pressure in the edge of my hands, towards the wrist - just what I was hoping to avoid. I couldn't find a proper placement or grip during down dog or chatturanga. Forget about side plank or anything else. The only good use I found for them was when I needed something to boost up my hip during pigeon.
