This isn't exactly like the one that was on the boat trailer but it is pretty bright and looks good. I guess I could replace the other light so they are the same but on different sides of the trailer isn't important.. The light is easy to install and looks good even in the daylight.

I had to drill out the brass sleeves in the mounting holes in order to use a # 8 screw for mounting, you could use a #6 self tapper if you could find them , but they're bad to break off.

Could have been wired with the wire out the back, but I guess it works either way. If the wire was out the back side, it would have had a cleaner installation for me. I used silicone filled butt connectors to keep it water resistant.

These were perfect for my boat. I don't have to worry about backing into the water and popping a bulb. They were simply to install. They are 2 wire so it is easy to get the polarity right.

not super bright but bright enough to do the job well. installation was pretty easy and no nonsense. these are going on my '62 dodge truck which had no side signal lights, have to get a new flasher now though. came with screws but I didn't use them. I accidentally drop one while installing and it didn't break, crack or chip. that's pretty good in my book.

Easy to install, a good heavy fixture that look harder to break than a standard lamp. Brighter than incandescent and not effected by water.
