About this item

  • LIVELY BUSHINGS – Crafted for quick turning response and smooth edge-to-edge transitions, Orangatang Knuckles are the ultimate high-energy bushing upgrade for carving, pumping, dancing, and freestyle longboarding.
  • RESPONSIVE DESIGN – Two unique shapes for highly responsive and customizable turning. Compatible with most trucks. The insert barrel features a small “step” to fill the gap between the kingpin and the hole of the hanger, reducing play in the assembly for a more precise response. The gumdrop is a smooth and subtle blend between a barrel and the more traditional cone shape, providing enhanced agility. The rounded edge allows for ultra-smooth turn initiation and improved interface with the washers.
  • HIGH-REBOUND FORMULA – Poured in our extremely high-rebound Randy Thane formula, ideal for responsive, energetic turning.
  • THE PERFECT SET – Pack contains two insert barrel bushings, two gumdrop bushings, two large cup washers, and two small cup washers.
  • MEDIUM – Solid response with increased stability.

SPECS
Diameter: 0.95”
Height (gumdrop): 0.64”
Height (insert barrel): 0.59” barrel + 0.075” insert = 0.665” total
Formula: Randy Thane (extremely high rebound, ideal for responsive, energetic turning)
Durometers: soft (orange, 87a), medium (purple, 90a)
Compatible with most longboard trucks (including Paris, Bear, Randal, Carver, Gullwing, Tracker, Caliber, etc).
RESPONSIVE DESIGN — Two unique shapes for highly responsive and customizable turning. The inner diameter features precise tolerances for a snugger fit around the kingpin.
HIGHLY TUNABLE — In the standard configuration, the insert barrel is placed on the bottom and the gumdrop on the top. Also try double insert barrels (the height of the insert is half the thickness of a Paris bushing seat) or double gumdrops. Replace the included cup washers with flat washers for a less restrictive, highly linear turning rate.
KNUCKLES vs. NIPPLES — Nipples provide maximum rebound for pumping and carving, lively yet supportive turning, and reduced wheelbite. Knuckles provide easier turn initiation with less resistance, quicker edge-to-edge response, and a greater ultimate lean angle.

Just got the bushings and they came with signs of having been used or was defective... The washers also had a little rust.

Read how these liven up RKP trucks and gave them a try. Not only did they liven my Paris trucks but the trucks now snap back to center after every turn. Crazy to think such a cheap investment made my skateboard feel like a brand new board. Get a set. You won’t regret it.

I threw the medium knuckles bushings on my loaded tan tien and oh my God. Carving and sliding are a dream. They are super responsive and snap back the center really quick. They're also surprisingly stable when brought up to speed on mellow downhill. If you want to do some carving on steep downhill I would suggest getting stiffer board side barrel bushings and keeping the chubby cone bushings that come with this set on the road side. Overall incredibly happy with the purchase. I've been skating longboards for about 20 years with loaded boards being my primary deck. I would throw these bushings on any randalls, bears or Paris trucks. They are awesome.

Got these to replace the bushings for my Bear trucks but I didn’t realize they were so big I mistakenly put them on too loose and one of them came off in my commute to class and ended up losing one(my fault). I love them but I just wish I had known that they are a little big before buying.

Bought these to replace the hard stock bushings in my Paris V2s that came with my Loaded Derv Sama...These things are seriously amazing, super responsive, but still able to be stable with SOME speed...If you’re a hill bomber I might stick with something a bit harder but if you’re like me and just want a fun chill ride.. well these things are the beginning to your magic carpet.

Fit Paris truck's and the majority of eboard trucks with long kingpins. I have hit 30+ mph and they have given me no speed wobbles even when pretty loose on my cruiser board. Would be even more responsive on shorter more concave boards. Carvey bushings that do what they're supposed to.

I have an icarus with paris trucks and caguama wheels. I am new to longboarding and am focusing on cruising, carving, and learning to pump. I am 135 lbs.At first, I bought the yellow nipples because many sites advised that it was the right durometer for my weight and riding intentions. But they were too hard. When i tried to turn, they would fight back and force me to center, actually making me lose balance and fall off the board. Then i tried orange nipples, per the company's weight chart. They were much better. I didnt have to fight to turn, but they would push me back to center before i was ready. I wasn't done with the turn or carve. I was just rebounding back at the bushing's will. I could keep my balance and learn. But I still didnt have 100% control.Third time is a charm - I bought the knuckles in orange, something I didnt do from day 1 because i was afraid it would be too turny for a n00b. And they were perfect. They arent too turny. I can stay on the board. I dont get wobbles going fast. When i turn or carve, I dont return to center until I want them to. Freaking perfect. I hand-tightened them as much as i could, then did one full 360 turn with a skate tool. Since they are paris trucks, I ended with no thread, just flush kingpin with nut, easy to make consistent. I have only been skating for 2 weeks.Lesson learned -1. stock bushing suck2. you have to try 2 or 3 sets of bushings, diff durometers and shapes, to find the right one. and its worth the money you waste. It makes the biggest difference. And there is no harm in having some extra bushings as spares and experiments in the future.3. cone and barrel shape is not too unstable for n00bs. in fact, its standard.

i bushing in sè per sè sono buoni, morbidi al punto giusto, ma cercate un'altro rivenditore.
